The CCNFBW serves people in or around the Clark County area. We are a dynamic and diverse group of blind people coming together for a common goal, to improve the lives of blind people. We do this through outreach, advocacy and support throughout our community and beyond. We hope to welcome you at our next meeting. The Greater Seattle chapter serves all of the Seattle area. We are a strong group of blind people, committed to improving the lives of blind people. We strive to live the life we want and support one another in any way we can. Within our community, we work to advocate for issues that impact all blind people. Our meetings are held monthly. The Members At Large Chapter primarily serves people all across Washington state that either do not have a local NFBW chapter, or those who cannot meet in-person. We are a diverse group of blind people, striving to improve the lives of blind people through advocacy, education, and support. We meet the second Thursday of every month via Zoom at 7:30 pm. Here at the National Federation of the Blind of Washington, we value a commitment to lifelong learning. That is why we have established a division for blind students to connect and grow with one another. Here, members will find camaraderie through networking and shared experiences. We are a group of seniors, lovingly known as the wiser generation. Anyone 55 years and older, who experiences sight loss is welcome.
